壓力繼電器的使用安全范圍解析
壓力繼電器能用在安全(quan)保護,控制執行元件的順序動作,泵的啟閉,液壓泵卸(xie)荷等(deng)地方。
首先(xian)用于安(an)全保護時,將壓力繼(ji)電(dian)器設(she)置在夾緊的(de)(de)(de)一端,液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵啟動(dong)(dong)后,首(shou)先將工件(jian)夾(jia)緊(jin)(jin),此時夾(jia)緊(jin)(jin)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸的(de)(de)(de)右腔壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力升高,當升高到壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)調定(ding)值(zhi)時,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)作,發出電(dian)信號使2YA通電(dian),于(yu)是切(qie)(qie)削(xue)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸進刀(dao)切(qie)(qie)削(xue)。在加工期間(jian),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)微動(dong)(dong)開關的(de)(de)(de)常開觸點始終閉合。若工件(jian)沒有(you)夾(jia)緊(jin)(jin),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)2斷開,于(yu)是2YA斷電(dian),切(qie)(qie)削(xue)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸立即停止進刀(dao),從而(er)避免工件(jian)未夾(jia)緊(jin)(jin)被(bei)切(qie)(qie)削(xue)而(er)出事故。
其(qi)次用(yong)于控制執行元件的順序動(dong)作時,液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)啟動(dong)后,首先2YA通(tong)(tong)電(dian),液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)左腔進(jin)油,推動(dong)活(huo)塞方向(xiang)右(you)移。當碰到(dao)限位(wei)器(或死擋鐵)后,系統壓(ya)力升(sheng)高(gao),壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器發出電(dian)信號,使1YA通(tong)(tong)電(dian),高(gao)壓(ya)油進(jin)入液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)的左腔,推動(dong)活(huo)塞右(you)移。這(zhe)時若(ruo)3YA也通(tong)(tong)電(dian),液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)的活(huo)塞快速(su)(su)右(you)移;若(ruo)3YA斷電(dian),則液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)的活(huo)塞慢速(su)(su)右(you)移,其(qi)慢速(su)(su)運動(dong)速(su)(su)度(du)由節(jie)(jie)流閥調(diao)節(jie)(jie)。
再次用(yong)于(yu)液(ye)壓泵卸(xie)荷(he)時(shi),壓力繼(ji)電(dian)器不是控(kong)制(zhi)液(ye)壓泵停止轉動,而(er)是控(kong)制(zhi)二(er)位二(er)通電(dian)磁閥,將液(ye)壓泵5輸出(chu)的壓力油(you)流(liu)回油(you)箱,使其(qi)卸(xie)荷(he)。
最后用(yong)于液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)泵的(de)啟閉時(shi),有兩個液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)泵,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)小流量(liang)泵,低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)大(da)流量(liang)泵。當(dang)活(huo)塞(sai)快速下降時(shi),兩泵同時(shi)輸出壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力油。當(dang)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)缸活(huo)塞(sai)桿抵住(zhu)工件開始加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)時(shi),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力繼電器在壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力油作用(yong)下發出動(dong)作,觸(chu)動(dong)微動(dong)開關(guan),將常閉觸(chu)點斷開,使液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)泵停轉(zhuan)。在加(jia)工過程中(zhong)減(jian)慢(man)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)缸的(de)速度,同時(shi)減(jian)少動(dong)力消耗(hao)。
