Teng Jianjun and his delegation investigated the intelligent assembly line of Taifeng high-pressure plunger pump, and Shen introduced the construction of the project in detail. The intelligent assembly line of high-pressure plunger pump is arranged in a rectangular ring line, which is composed of the plunger pump assembly line and the plunger pump variable mechanism assembly line.

The whole assembly line adopts the technical scheme of pallet conveying and self-hoist hoisting, and the assembly process is controlled and supervised by setting up the main control cabinet in sections, which is controlled and managed by PLC, PROFIBUS or PROFINET bus and assembly line data acquisition computer system. In addition, the assembly line is also equipped with pressure assembly force monitor, assembly dimension precision measuring instrument and no-load torque detection device of the assembled plunger pump to maximize the quality of the plunger pump assembly. At present, the annual assembly capacity of the intelligent assembly line of the high pressure plunger pump is 30 thousand.
